Please ensure that all fields are completed to avoid unnecessary delays in processing your RMA repair or warranty application.

A confirmation that your RMA request has been received will be forwarded to you by email advising a case has been created. This email will include the following:

  • Job number for your reference.
  • RMA number and return instructions.

You will be notified of where to send the items. Please ensure they are packed properly (in the original packaging where possible) and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Once the faulty equipment is received our Service Coordinator will inform you of the anticipated turnaround time and any further instructions or advice.

RMA Terms & Conditions

  • The customer must ensure an RMA number has been issued prior to retuning the goods.
  • The RMA number must be clearly printed on the outside of all packaging to ensure the RMA request is processed efficiently.
  • The customer is responsible for all the shipping and handling costs for returning the unit to Adimex as well as any additional costs associated with loaned equipment (where provided). Return shipment costs for “Dead-on-Arrival” units will be covered by Adimex.
  • RMA requests for equiment which is not covered by warranty (out-of-warranty) repairs are subject to approval by the manufacturer in order for a repair to be proceed. Associated costs for the repair will be provided by the manufacturer and all costs must be agreed before any action is taken. Payment or a purchase order is required before the repaired goods can be returned.
  • For repairs that apply to storage systems, where possible backup all data before shipping to Adimex. Adimex will NOT be responsible for any data lost. Where possible, data backup by Adimex is available prior to commencing repair works (charges apply). Please notify us prior to returning the goods if you would like to utilise this backup serice.
  • For non-credit accounts with Adimex, credit card details must be provided prior to commencement of any work. Details will held as security until charges (if any) are settled. A 1.5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments. You will be advised if credit card details are required.
  • For warranty replacement ensure that the returned goods are sent in original packaging. Goods with physical damage or found to be altered from their original configuration will not be eligible for replacement.
